02. Meditation in the Word

02. the One

The One cannot be described or comprehended, these are only powers of the mind. Through the mantra, the Word of the One, the One can be approached by a whole person. Reasoning is all based upon description and all description is based upon duality. All descriptions are comparative and based upon their own internal structure. Therefore the One cannot be described. The most inclusive description is therefore in the two aspects of the One, the primary duality. Really the two are One, but then description fades and the sound of the Word is all that remains. The two are vibrationally represented as the Ruah and the Kreesta. The Ruah is the aspect of the One that is a spirited force behind the encompassing order that appears as the movement of everything. The Kreesta is the aspect of the One that is the living luminous perception shining as all life's tree. Our reason attains knowledge when it reflects the two aspects of the One, Ruah and Kreesta.

The One is the totality, of which we are a part. We are active ordering spirits, within a higher natural ordering Spirit. Through peace we are one with the divine and whole spirit, Ruah. We are soul stars of perception shining as a river of life through time. Through True Love we are one with the whole river of life, Kreesta. Ruah and Kreesta are divine lovers, who move together as the ever changing present, yet are forever in union as the One.

We are also inexplicable, like the One, yet may be best described as having two aspects. These correspond to our personal spirit and our soul of perception. Truly our life is only the Ruah and the Kreesta that move within us. The true temple for humanity is the Earth. Until we realize that the living biosphere is the only true temple, we are in ignorance. Love, respect, and devotion should be shown by all those who walk on the holy ground of the Earth. All the Earth is holy and sacred within the One. Our bodies are altars upon which burn the sacred fires of life.

We learn the true knowledge of the divine spirit of the One, Ruah, within the natural order weaving the divine and cosmic dance of life. We see that the true ways of the Kreesta are love and devotion for the whole river of life. We are all sacred beings within the living temple of the Earth. We are one with each other and also with the One. Our true nature is to be conscious as Ruah and Kreesta. This is not an academic theory of the mind, but the true rendering of existence in words. Our spirits gain the balance of the way, when the order of the thoughts we release and the memories we recall, reflect the order of the Spirit that pervades all of the body of the One: the entire universe. There is only one true order and it is the ancient and eternal order, the natural order of the Living Earth and the Living Universe. There is only one law that humans must obey and that is love. Humanity must humbly serve the One that was, that is, and that shall forever be.
